I think I got the fastest all motor streetable 318 B-body Chrysler with stock Heads.
streetable not so called "street legal" where you have 5.something gears with a 500+ ci blown engine.
streetable = could be driven daily
driven daily = all season, all weather, (+ SNOW!!!) in city and highway driving
highway driving = speed to at lest 60 to 75 mph
