The ss/sc header is gaining you down bottom like you're saying but w/o full exhaust it only adds like 2-5hp up top. The LE5 I/M is killing your 60' since it sacrifices 10wtq below 4K to gain 15whp above 4K. The best thing for your car at this point is a tune or finish bolting on but either way the LE5 I/M won't give you the best hp and tq gains w/o a tune
