BOYNTON BEACH Florida — Two drivers racing each other down Congress Avenue caused a four-car crash Monday afternoon that left two teenagers dead and a third driver in jail, police said.
The Honda jumped the concrete median between Woolbright and Golf roads and struck a blue Toyota Corolla. The Mustang hit the median and rolled until it hit a cream-colored Buick Century.
