Nachdem das Prototyp vorgestellt wurde, stellen wir jetzt das Tüv abgenomme Endprodukt. wir bauen keine originalen Anlagen um, also einfach leehrräumer dass sie einfach nur Krach machen auf kosten der Leistung, unsere Anlagen sind komplet neu gebaut und erlauben jederzeit eine rückrüstung auf original. Auf dem ersten Blick sieht es aus nach einfach Klappe zu und Klappe auf...ist es aber nicht nur,den die Anlage ist Staudruckgesteuert,das heisst du kannst die Anlage programmieren(guck dir die Cayman Anlage an bei www.capristo.de da siest du auch die Steuerung,oder unter aktuelles "sonderanfertigung Diablo VT). es gibt Motoren die bei niedrige drehzahlen positiv auf Staudruck reagieren,das beobachtet man oft wenn man die Katalysatoren entfernt um Katersatzrohre einzubauen,dass der Wagen obenrum besser läuft aber untenrum Drehmoment verloren hat. bei den meisten Klappengesteuerte Anlagen öffnen die Klappen geschwindigkeits oder drehzahlabänging,aber der Motor wird nicht von der Geschwindigkeit und auch nicht von den Drehzahlen beeinflusst sondern vom Staudruck der sich mit zunehmende drehzalen erhöht. das problem bei den Klappenlosen Anlagen ist..wenn die Anlage richtig offen ist..kann der motor bei niedrige drehzahlen(ca.2500-3000up/m)drauf negativ wirken, man hat im innenraum Dröhnen was nicht auszuhalten ist,und wenn der Motor höher dreht ist das Dröhnen weg und die Leistung kann sich gut entwickeln. bei eine Anlage die nicht so offen gebaut ist, hat man untenrum kein dröhnen und Drehmoment untenrum,aber dafür weniger Leistung bei höhere Drehzahlen,also genau andersrum. mit eine programmierbare Anlage holt man sich beides,drehmoment untenrum und kein dröhnen,und da.. dann die Klappen automatisch öffnen (ab den eingestellten Staudruck)gibt es die maximale leistung bei höhere drehzahlen da dann der Staudruck nachlässt,bei diesen Video kann man das ganz gut sehen http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nd_Uns... da sind vergleiche gemacht worden,vorher und hinterher,im automatik modus ist die Anlage leiser als vorher,und leistungsmessungen vorher und hinterher haben ergeben dass es 39 PS gebracht hat,und wenn man will dass es von anfang an richtig brüllt dann kann man zur fernbedienung greifen. ein ganz grosser Vorteil ist dass man die Klappen so programmieren kann das die Tüv anforderungen erfüllt werden. der Tüv misst innerhalb von 20m. da dürfen nicht mehr als 75 Dbh.erreicht werden,man kann es so einstellen dass die Klappen erst nach den 20m. automatisch öffnen,und damit hat man eine Anlage die die Tüv anforderungen erfüllt. die Fernbedienung ist eine zusatzoption dass man die Klappen per Hand ab sofort öffnen kann (ist nicht bestandteil der Tüv Version). Die Anlage ist Tüv abgenommen, und einen Gutachten über eine Leistungssteigerung wird mit ausgehändigt, da der TÜV Nord eine Leistungsteigerung von über 5% festgestellt hat konnten sie keinen Gutachten über einen Austauschschalldämpfer machen, sonder über eine Leistungssteigerung mittel eine Staudrucküberwachte Anlage.
